The Skokie Public Library, 5215 Oakton Street, has a collection of documents about the project, including a complete Site Investigation Work Plan.

Community Relations
To keep the community informed, Nicor Gas and Commonwealth Edison have developed a community relations plan that further details specific actions to provide the community with timely and accurate information about the project.
